A certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System will be maintained to control the processes that impact the delivery of services and the achievement of client satisfaction.  The Quality Management System will be implemented with a minimum of bureaucracy and accurately describe the processes in place.

The Quality Management System will contain processes to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood and documented, and subsequently monitored to capture any changes.

The Quality Management System will include processes for encouraging the identification of system improvements that will lead to higher levels of consultant performance and client satisfaction.
