New South Wales Land and Housing – Refresh of the Architects Panel

The NSW Land and Housing Department (Department) traditionally outsources a proportion of its work to the private sector, accessing a range of service providers to fulfil its requirements. The Department established an Architects Register in 2009 from which the services of architects are selected for its internal and external clients.

The term of this panel expired in 2012, so the Department required the assistance of a Service Provider to provide a range of procurement services leading to the appointment of architects to the panel from 2012 onwards.  Cogent has recently been re-engaged to undertake this process in order to refresh this panel another three times in the next 18 months.
