Cogent was engaged by DIMA to provide procurement and contract management for the acquiring and managing of a service provider to produce a preliminary/draft performance evaluation report on:

  • the Case Management System;
  • the Community Care Framework Pilot; and
  • the Immigration Information and Return Motivation Counselling Service.

Each of these initiatives had been implemented within the two-year period previous to this requirement and DIMA had a requirement to ensure that each of these initiatives was meeting its documented aims and objectives by undertaking a performance evaluation review.

This project was another example of Cogent’s involvement in the complete procurement cycle, including an ongoing role in the contract management of the service provider.
